1. 30 Day Worry Free Guarantee We hope every talisman finds its destined owner. Within 30 days of delivery if you feel the connection is not what you envisioned you may apply for a return or exchange. This guarantee covers all our seekers worldwide.

Conditions for the Covenant To maintain the pure spiritual state of each piece returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria Pre authorization required You must log in to your account to submit a request and obtain our formal authorization. This is the first step to opening the channel of guardianship. Timeliness Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Original Condition Items must remain in brand new unworn and unaltered condition. All accompanying certificates original tags and brand packaging such as gift boxes and velvet pouches must be returned intact. Complete Return Any promotional gifts received with the order must be returned. If missing we may deduct the fair market value of the gift from the refund as a sign of respect for the act of giving. Please do not send items back to the original shipping address.

Exceptions for Custom Creations Based on respect for specific totems and personalized wishes the following categories are considered unique and are not eligible for return or exchange Items marked as Final Sale from special collections or promotions. Self Design series and any personalized customizations such as specific engravings or custom photo jewelry. Rings that have been resized or specially scaled for you. Specific products sourced and ordered globally exclusively for you. Any items with missing tags certificates or those whose physical structure has been altered.

4. Refund and Craftsmanship Value Explanation Processing Cycle Our craftsmanship center will process refunds within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned package. Refund Path Funds will be returned via the original payment method. The arrival time depends on the settlement cycle of global payment institutions. Logistics Responsibility For returns not caused by quality defects the risk and cost of return shipping are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of the piece. Explanation of Incurred Costs The Free Shipping and Duty Prepaid services we provide are conveniences offered to you. In the event of a return costs that have already been paid to carriers and customs and cannot be recovered including shipping fees and prepaid duties will not be included in the refund. Our Responsibility In the event of an error on our part such as an incorrect item or craftsmanship defect we will cover all associated costs including return shipping and provide a full refund of all fees paid.

5. Restoration Fee and Multiple Returns Restoration Fee For non quality related returns of 10K 14K 18K gold and platinum custom pieces a 15 percent restoration fee will be charged. This covers the cost of dismantling purity testing and professional repolishing and refinishing by our artisans. Multiple Item Returns For returns involving multiple items from the same order we reserve the right to charge a reasonable handling fee based on processing costs.
