At Talisman Jewelry we believe true jewelry is a lifelong companion. It not only sparks joy at first sight but also guards a long-lasting trust. This Warranty commitment is designed to ensure your piece remains radiant through time.

1 Comprehensive Warranty All authentic jewelry enjoys a 1 year free comprehensive warranty from the date of receipt. This covers craftsmanship materials and stone security. For pieces repaired or maintained by our craft center the warranty period will be reset for 12 months from the date of return.

2 Postage and Fees Responsibility 1 Manufacturing Defects (Our Responsibility): If a repair is confirmed upon inspection to be due to an original manufacturing defect or quality issue all return shipping costs insurance and related customs clearance fees will be fully covered by Talisman Jewelry. 2 General Warranty and Maintenance: For standard repairs not caused by manufacturing defects routine maintenance or services beyond the 1-year warranty period return shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. 3 Shipping Risks: We recommend customers purchase adequate insurance when returning products. Talisman Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost damaged or stolen during the return transit.

3 Custom Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your custom piece we promise one free modification or remake. This guarantee applies to cases where the design craftsmanship or materials do not match the original agreement. If the modification request exceeds the original scope additional fees may apply.

4 Lifetime Craftsmanship Pledge We take lifetime responsibility for the core craftsmanship quality of our work. We provide free lifetime repairs for structural issues caused by original manufacturing defects such as broken solder joints or loose prongs. Note This pledge does not cover normal wear accidental damage improper use or unauthorized alterations.

5 Authenticity and Gemstone Warranty 1 Authenticity: We guarantee that all precious metals and gemstones match our declarations exactly. If verified otherwise we will provide an unconditional replacement. 2 Accent Stone Security: Within the 1-year warranty period if accent stones valued under 10 USD fall out or break due to non-human factors we will provide free replacement.

6 Customs Duties on Repairs As jewelry is a high-value commodity please strictly follow these declaration guidelines to avoid double taxation: 1 Declaration Standard: When returning a piece for repair you must state REPAIR AND RETURN on the shipping label and commercial invoice. 2 Declared Value: Please set the declared value as No Commercial Value or a minimal amount. 3 Tax Liability: If the repair is not due to our responsibility any taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Our craft center cannot cover additional taxes resulting from improper declaration.

7 Application Process 1 Submit Request: Log in to your account and go to My After-sales to submit a request with clear photos. 2 Get Guidance: We will send an email within 48 hours providing the shipping address and declaration templates. 3 Safe Shipping: Please return the item via a trackable courier service and update the tracking number in your account.

8 Service Eligibility Warranty is void if the product has been modified by unauthorized parties or shows evidence of abuse.
