One-Year Free Warranty Service Terms
Talisman Jewelry is committed to providing every customer with high-quality amulet jewelry and comprehensive after-sales service. To ensure your complete confidence and satisfaction in your purchase, we have established the following detailed one-year free warranty service terms.
1. Warranty Overview
At Talisman Jewelry, we offer a full warranty on all amulet jewelry from the date of delivery (12 months from the order receipt date or 12 months from any repair or maintenance performed by our team). Our goal is to give you peace of mind and total assurance in your purchase.
2. Custom Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your custom-made amulet jewelry upon receipt, we will provide one free revision or remake. This service applies only to issues related to design, craftsmanship, or materials not matching the agreed specifications. Additional modifications or personalization beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.
3. Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we create. Any structural defects caused during the manufacturing process — such as broken welds or loose prongs — are covered under our lifetime warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
4. Certificate of Authenticity
All precious metals (such as gold, white gold, and platinum), diamonds, and gemstones sold by us are genuine and clearly specified in your proposal agreement in terms of type, purity, and quality. If any item is found not to be authentic, we will take full responsibility and replace it with a genuine product.
5. Gemstone Loss Warranty
Within the first year after receiving your amulet jewelry, or within the first year following any maintenance performed by Talisman Jewelry, if any small gemstone (valued at less than $100) breaks or falls out of its setting, we will replace it free of charge.
Note: This warranty does not apply to gemstone loss caused by impact, improper wear, self-removal, or normal wear and tear.
6. Return & Repair Process
To ensure a smooth and efficient repair process, please follow these steps:
1. Submit a Repair Request
Log in to the Talisman Jewelry official website and go to the “Customer Service” page to submit a repair request.
Fill in the required information including order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable).
2. Receive Return Instructions
Within 48 hours of receiving your request, we will send you an email with detailed return instructions, including the return address and packaging guidelines.
3. Prepare the Return Package
Place the item securely in protective packaging and include a copy of the completed return form (with order number, name, and contact details).
Choose a prepaid shipping method with tracking capabilities.
4. Upload Tracking Number
After shipping, log into your account on our website and upload the tracking number so we can monitor the package and process your request promptly.
5. Professional Inspection and Repair
Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it professionally to determine if it meets warranty conditions.
If eligible, we will proceed with the repair or replacement immediately. If not, we will inform you of the reason and offer possible solutions.
7. Shipping and Packaging Guidelines
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs during the warranty period. We recommend using a reliable courier service.
Packaging Requirements: Please use shockproof and waterproof packaging to prevent further damage during transit. Talisman Jewelry assumes no responsibility for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Shipping Method: A tracking number must accompany all returns. Packages without tracking information will not be accepted.
8. Warranty Eligibility Review
Talisman Jewelry reserves the right to inspect all returned items. If any of the following situations are identified, warranty eligibility may be denied:
The product is not being claimed by the original purchaser.
The item has been altered, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
There is visible damage caused by misuse, abuse, or wear beyond acceptable limits.
The reported issue does not match the actual condition of the returned item.
